The pasta sauce is so good
Saw the online ads for these sauces. So I thought I’d try the eggplant Parmesan. Served it up with some rigatoni. Damn. That was fantastic!
I love eggplant so was excited to try this sauce. And I was not disappointed. First off I was pleasantly surprised at the chunky pieces of the eggplant. This gave the sauce an excellent mouthfeel. And the taste was very good too. I find most bottled sauces too acidic. But again this sauce was perfect. Delicious. Delicious. Delicious.
I have a couple of bottles and plan on enjoying them. Then I guess it’s reorder time.
I ordered 3 jars. Just ate the eggplant Parmesan sauce. Delicious. Big chunks of eggplant too. Would order again.
Wow, really good even when I threw it on some chicken breasts.
Don't normally eat eggplant, made dinner with it and the sauce was pretty good over ziti.
