Shipping policy

Offer applies to ground shipping only for all select non-perishable pantry orders placed on chefsmandalagourmet.com and not shipped through a third-party vendor. Offer applies to qualifying orders with a merchandise total of $55 or more. Note: order subtotal must be $55 or more after any coupons or promotions are applied. Discount will automatically be applied at checkout. Valid for shipments bound to a single destination only within the continental United States. Prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement, and offer cannot be applied to such items. Free shipping does not apply to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam orders. Free shipping also does not apply to select gift orders or orders shipped via a third-party partner such as cookware, coffee and tea beverage orders, select gift orders, and charcuterie orders.


PERISHABLE ORDERS

  • All refrigerated orders are shipped express shipping to avoid spoilage. Non-refrigerated items are separately shipped ground.
  • All orders placed after 9:00 AM EST on each Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
  • We do use insulated packaging and frozen packs for items that require temperature control. We do not do so for ambient items which are all shipped separately (to help save both the environment and your hard earned savings).
  • Ambient items are shipped separately (see above) and will arrive separately as well. This means that they will have separate shipping costs.
  • Some refrigerated, random weight items are cut by hand.  Please note there can be a slight variance in the exact weight of the cheese cut versus billed. 
  • Please note that Chef’s Mandala may decline an order for any or no reason and cancel an accepted order at any time.
  • Ownership and any risk of loss for any purchase passes on to you upon delivery.
  • Your order will be delivered in a timely manner barring any events outside of our control (weather issues, etc).

ORDERS FROM THIRD-PARTY VENDORS

  • We partner with select third-party vendors to maximize the unique assortment available to our customers.
  • Select items such as cookware, coffee and tea beverages, charcuterie, and barware ship from a third-party warehouse.
  • If your order contains multiple products that are carried in different warehouses, then these items will ship separately.
