  • We ship through whichever carrier gives us the best pricing and have accounts with UPS and FedEx. We offer economy and expedited shipping.

How do you ensure perishable items survive transit?

  • Perishable items are shipped with cold packs and only through expedited shipping to ensure that there is no spoilage during transit. Please note that perishable and non-perishable items will be shipped separately if combined within one order. Orders placed after 9AM EST on Wednesday with express shipping will ship on Monday of the following week, so they don't sit in a carrier’s warehouse over the weekend!

Why have I only received part of my order?
