COOKING METHOD

  • Layer slices of shallots & season

Step #2

  • Cover with puff pastry & seal the edges
  • Brush with egg wash
  • Cover with parmesan

Step #3

  • Bake for 15 mins at 350°F
  • Flip & cool on a wire rack
