Our classic Italian-style Marinara (thicker) and a rich, nutty Grana Padano cheese sauce, gently simmered with Sicilian tomatoes, pairs with a rustic blend of short pasta cuts, perfect for soups or hearty meals. These cling perfectly to the deep grooves of our slow-dried (up to 48 hours) bronze-extruded pastas.

2nd Month
– SAUCES - Sicilian Olive, Creamy Vodka
- GRAGNANO PASTA - Fettucce, Rigatoni
A delicious creamy vodka sauce is served alongside a velvety tomato sauce infused with buttery Castelvetrano olives and a hint of heat, perfectly clinging to the deep grooves of bronze-extruded pasta.

3rd Month

A decadent combination of ripe tomatoes, luscious cream, and dry vodka—born in Italy’s 1980s nightlife scene is served a vibrant, slow-cooked eggplant Parmesan sauce. This marries beautifully with the wide, ribbon-like linguine for a bold Sicilian classic slow dried on the slopes of Gragnano, Italy.

5th Month
- SAUCES – Black Truffle, Lemon & Basil
- GRAGNANO PASTA - Rigatoni, Mezzi Canneroni
