COOKING METHOD

Step #1

  • Put flour in a bowl.
  • In a second bowl, mix together the spices and panko breadcrumbs.
  • In a third bowl, whisk together the eggs.

Step #2

  • Dip your thinly sliced chicken into the flour, then the eggs, and finally the panko breading.
  • Fry your chicken in oil for a couple mins each side until fully cooked.
  • Salt the fried chicken.

Step #3

  • Heat up the Black Truffle Pasta Sauce
  • Start layering:

- Lay down the sauce on the bread
- Add the breaded chicken

- Shred on the parmesan cheese

- Add more sauce

- Top with mozzarella (Optional: Broil)

- Add basil

- Top with top bun
