Secret ingredient in our kitchen

My go-to recipe is balsamic-glazed salmon. I marinate the fish with this dark vinegar, and when it's grilled, it gets this sweet and tangy taste that everyone loves. This particular brand is a bit thicker and has an amazing value for the price and quality. I can't pronounce the name right, but it's become a staple in my kitchen.
