Our Kaluga Classic Caviar comes from the Kaluga hybrid sturgeon. Kaluga Classic is large in roe size at least 3.0mm in roe diameter ranging in dark colors from black to brown-gray. With a creamy, buttery finish, Kaluga Classic Caviar is light in salt - 3.3% per 100g making it a favorite among connoisseurs seeking indulgence without compromise. Often referred to as “River Beluga,” Kaluga caviar delivers a refined pop and elegant mouthfeel, bridging the gap between opulence and eco-conscious sourcing.

All caviar orders are shipped express. Immediately upon arrival, store the unopened tin in the coldest part of the refrigerator until ready to serve. To open, use a strong, flat-edged tool to gently twist the lid open. After opening, consume within 1 to 4 days and always use non-metal serving utensils. After opening, keep the caviar in its original tin pressing plastic wrap over the remaining caviar to prevent air exposure, and re-seal with the top of the tin (still storing in the coldest part of the refrigerator).
