"Sotol" Copper & Stainless Coffee Scoop (Hand Forged!)

STAINLESS STEEL:
Stainless steel can rust if not treated with proper care. Do not put into the dishwasher and always clean and dry thoroughly after using. Avoid exposing to saltwater, chlorine or other rust causing chemicals. Always wash in hot, soapy water with a non-abrasive sponge. COPPER:
Wash and immediately dry your copper items after use to prevent spotting! When not dried immediately, spotting can occur due to the trace amounts of chemicals in your tap water that can cause a reaction with the copper. Some people don't mind this spotting; they will actually let it build up on the cup over time into a matte patina finish that many folks find appealing. If you prefer the original bright shine you can easily return them to that original condition with a quick polish.

Copper State Forge is a father and son-owned blacksmith shop in Goodyear, Arizona. In 2021 we combined our passions of metalworking and cooking to create an all-natural alternative to factory-made non-stick pans. After extensive experimentation, we unveiled our elegant line of hand-forged carbon steel skillets. They are naturally non-stick, lighter than cast iron, and will last several lifetimes.
