Invented in 1100 A.D. by Italian monks, this cave-aged cheese is an Emilia Romagna classic! Soaked in brine and ripened for up to several years, this creamy, raw milk cheese has a smooth, nutty flavor. Rich Grana Padano cheese is melted over luscious, Sicilian tomatoes and then gently simmered with local herbs and extra virgin olive oil to create this delicious sauce!

I found this to be rather bland. I added Italian seasoning & tomatoes & onions to spruce it up.
