Our classic Italian-style Marinara (thicker) and a rich, nutty Grana Padano cheese sauce, gently simmered with Sicilian tomatoes, pairs with a rustic blend of short pasta cuts, perfect for soups or hearty meals. These cling perfectly to the deep grooves of our slow-dried (up to 48 hours) bronze-extruded tortiglioni pasta.

🍸 2nd Month – Sicilian Olive, Creamy Vodka & Gragnano Fettucce pasta
A delicious creamy vodka sauce is served alongside a velvety tomato sauce infused with buttery Castelvetrano olives and a hint of heat, perfectly clinging to the deep grooves of bronze-extruded fettucce pasta.

🟢 3rd Month – Lemon & Basil, Sicilian Olive & Gragnano Bucatini pasta
In addition to our luscious olive sauce, lemons grown in the volcanic ash of Sicily is paired with vibrant basil to bring a citrus touch to this classic pairing slow-dried, bronze-extruded hollow bucatini pasta cuts!

Great pasta sauce

I have used the vodka sauce and found it to be thick, rich, and very tasty. It clings to the pasta and makes for a great meal. So delicious! Your pasta will improve with these great sauces.

Different and refreshing

This sauce is delicious and versatile. Besides pasta I've used it on fried eggs and chicken. Trying it on fish tomorrow. I plan to give this as gifts.

The blue truffle sauce was terrible. The marinara sauce was quite good. Have not tried the last 2 yet.
