Made with extra fine, 100% Italian Durum wheat flour and spring water from local aquifers, this "rigate" or grooved pasta goes with almost any dish. The seaside down of Gragnano bronze extrudes and slow-dries their pasta for several days, allowing the cool, neighboring mountain air to wick away its moisture.
