This boneless, pork ham is made in the French-style from only premium quality, fresh pig legs. No polyphosphates or chemical colors are used, each ham is slowly cooked in its own juices. This means that's each cut is both flavorful yet lacking in the industrial, processed taste common to most hams. First created in Limousin, France just after the end of World War I, today the technique is carried on resulting in a delicious, well-marbled ham that's perfect for sandwiches!
