Another classic from the Fermin family farm, this Spanish sausage embraces its' spicy heritage. Using only the meat from acorn fed, Iberian pigs, this sausage is mixed with sea salt, hot paprika and other local ingredients. It's then cured for 1 month in the mountain village of La Alberca, Spain. The result is a truly unique flavor that remains one of the best chorizo sausages in the USA today.
