Mariner or marinara sauce was a seafaring tradition in the city of Naples. Sailor's wives would make this recipe for their husband's upon their safe return. Our sauce uses Sicilian cherry tomatoes who've learned to sip underground sea water to survive; making them even sweeter.

Tasty Sauce❣️

I learned to cook Italian by working with some wonderful folks in New York of Italian heritage. We are talking homegrown herbs, tomatoes, Tuscan olive oil, , garlic, etc…I make some of my own fine sauce as well, but do not always have the time, nor the supply to create enough. I purchased some of Chef’s Mandela and was very pleasantly surprised at to the taste and quality!
Please keep up the good work!
