Made with extra fine, 100% Italian Durum wheat flour and spring water from local aquifers, this "rigate" or grooved pasta goes with almost any dish. Great with every sauce we've tried

Thought that the pasta was great with a red sauce but it was really good with our shrimp scampi . . . for our scampi recipe, we like thicker noodles.

WELL PACKED!

The prices for the DiMartino pastas are better than most. The well packed boxes arrived as scheduled, and I do recommend Chef's Mandala. The pastas I received were dated out to 2025 and 2026, for good shelf life.
