Did not receive the full order. was not told it was going to be short. I received an email with a partial refund and a picture. It was an issue because it was a gift and I did not have enough for everyone.

I am still missing a box

I ordered 16 pieces but only received 6. There is another box missing. I reached out to customer service via email twice but have not heard back. The post office cannot track it either. Disappointing
